All BBQ Beats & Eats start at 6:00PM, with dinner served around 6:30PM

Our address is at 4250 Raven Haven Road.
PARKING
If you are not guests of the Inn, we request that you park in the adjacent Stilson Lot at 1455 Beckley Park Way, Wilson, WY 83014 and take the bike path next door to the Bentwood Inn.
ACCOMMODATIONS/LODGING
Visit our reservation page if you would like to stay the night at the Bentwood Inn!
REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION FOR ENTRY
Please have your ticket ready to show our Innkeepers.
WHAT TO BRING
Feel free to bring your own chair or blanket if you prefer, however we will have seating available as well. We'll also have alcoholic beverages for purchase.
WHAT NOT TO BRING
Please leave any non-service animal pets at home, as well as any additional food outside of medically required meals or meals for children.
PHOTOGRAPHY/VIDEOGRAPHY POLICY
Please feel free to capture the event - and tag us and the performer if you post it!
REFUND POLICY
We will not be providing refunds, however if we are given advance notice that you are unable to attend the chosen event, we may be able to transfer your ticket to a different date.
TICKET EXCHANGE/TRANSFER POLICY
Feel free to transfer your ticket if you would like, guests are just required to show the confirmation of purchase.
EVENT CANCELLATION/RAINOUT POLICY
If the event is cancelled or rained out, we will transfer your ticket to a different date, or issue a refund.
LOST TICKET?
If you have lost your ticket, you can go to the page where you registered for the event and click on the "Update/Review an Existing Order" button to re-download your ticket. If you lost the confirmation email and all your ticket details, please contact the event organizer.
